The room is spacious, and the location is prime—just a hop, skip, and jump from the train station, a convenience store, and loads of food spots across. Raohe Street is only a short walk away, too! The staff? Total legends when it comes to giving directions. One quirky thing though: they’ve got slippers ready for your feet, but don’t expect a toothbrush or toothpaste—guess they’re letting you bring your own sparkle!

I went to this hotel so many years ago in the other area booked by travel agent. I moved to this one after staying in eslite hotel. This place has much high professionalism in terms of staffs’ attitude, and helpfulness. They are all cheerful and upbeat. I love it. It is a hotel w great management. Great staff training. Great owner obviously. I got the same vibe at the other location as well. And was attracted by the art piece there. It’s a small hotel but they are doing very well. I wish all hotels in Taiwan can have management like this! I will definitely vote for this place. The room is bright. Didn’t try the food. Locating at the high rise but it was very easy to access. I I give it 10/10 for accessibility in terms of having the luggage moving from car on ground level or coming from the train. It was great and with ease. The amenities, it’s not like big chain hotels. Say eslite for example, that isn’t a place I wanna go back because of the pretentious interior design that doesn’t serve any function at all. No full body mirror. Not outlet in thw bathroom. Not charging outlet by the bed nor the desk. This place doesn’t have solid wood fixture nor designed lighting but I very much appreciate the cleanness and the simplicity of the room as well as over the top helpfulness of the staff. It is a good place to be praised for. Perhaps I just got back from the bonvoy group Zhongshan aloft hotel. Big contrast of staff has such passive aggressive attitude there

Nice modern hotel. Nice bathtub and separate shower. Rubber duckies for the bath were a nice touch. The two chairs in the room were not comfortable to sit in for more than a couple of minutes.

Clean and convenient. Elevators’ sensors not working well, doors closed even when someone was still entering or exiting ,causing bruise to arm. Parents beware of kids entering and exiting elevators !!

When I booked this on Orbitz, my room was called “Large King Room, Sleeps 4” but while I was checking in, the staff said my room can only sleeps 2. And told me to pay extra fees to stay. So that was very unexpected. Also, the listing was showing the room with 101 building’s view, and we did not get that either.

Super clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Great service. Loved the free luggage storage. Convenient location. 5-minute walk to a wonderful night market, convenient store amd restaurants are just across tje street. Train and bus station is a 2-minute walk. Loved the lobby area with game tables, beautiful view and comfy chairs. Loved the flip-flops and fun vibe!
