Located on the third floor of a recently renovated elevator building, this spacious apartment opens into a bright living room with dining table, sofa, TV and fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms each have a queen size bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout.
*The property is currently undergoing renovations and repainting. Therefore, there will be scaffolding that might cause some noise.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area around Syracuse offer everything you could desire. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, named after the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand.
