La Villa si trova a Fontane Bianche (Siracusa) ed è composta da due appartamenti indipendenti: uno al primo piano, di altro proprietario e utilizzato saltuariamente come casa vacanze, e uno al piano terra, di nostra proprietà, anch’esso adibito a locazioni turistiche.
L'appartamento è composto di ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e zona cucina, camera da letto matrimoniale e attiguo bagno con doccia e disimpegno con armadio. La casa è fornita di TV e tutti gli elettromestici necessari .Nel prezzo sono incluse: biancheria da letto, da cucina e ovviamente relative stoviglie, e la biancheria da bagno. Nella struttura vi è la presenza di animali domestici quali cani e gatti del tutto innocui. Gli spazi esterni compresa la piscina sono in condivisione con tutta la struttura.
L'appartamento si trova a Fontane Bianche definita i "Tropici del Mediterraneo", il luogo prende il suo nome sia dalle fontane naturali di acqua dolce che si trovano in quest'area che da particolare colore della sabbia delle spiagge che si estendono per circa 3 Km. Fontane Bianche è soprattutto località di villeggiatura a 15 Km da Siracusa ove sorge l'isolotto di "Ortigia", la parte più antica della città collegata alla terraferma direttamente dal Ponte Umbertino che permette così il passaggio all'isola di Ortigia. Fontane Bianche è un luogo ideale per una vacanza rilassante ma anche attiva per i più giovani. La zona è servita da locali all'aperto e discoteche sul mare, supermercati, bar ect...
