Only required the room for sleeping purposes as was out during the day and evenings. Ticked all the boxes in that requirement but several issues with the room that could have been improved. Stayed in same room for a second time and the issues hadn't been resolved from previous stay. Bathroom light was only partially working, bedside main light wasn't working. Had to stand next to telly to change channels. Bath had rust all around the rim. Toilet didn't flush too well. Most of this I'm sure is just down to changing a bulb or batteries but that hadn't happened. Wouldn't stop me staying there again but I was hoping that these reviews were to highlight any issues and get them resolved for future stayers.

I was booked into a disabled room. The room in question was on the ground floor but located furthest from reception so quite a step if you have mobility problems. The room was small and the bed really low with the cheapest mattress possible. The walk in shower was so small that as soon as you move you get attacked by the shower curtain sticking to you. The included breakfast was ok but cheap sausages. It’s ok for 1 nights kip but not recommended for disabled

Very terrible place to stay.The rugs were dusty,the room has a very uncomfortably smell,we literally struggled to sleep all through the night.Honestly,have never had such a terrible stay in any hotels or bnb like i did at the hotel.They need to fire the house keeping guys.

It was nice & clean, very friendly helpful staff. Didn't like the fact it was card only on everything, even the snacks! Bar & snacks were very expensive. A couple of the lights weren't working in the room but that didn't bother us enough to tell them. Breakfast was good. Overall a good stay.

Sadly the hotel is tired and dated. It has all the facilities you would expect, however the room, whilst clean and a good size, needed refurbishment - the carpet was very badly stained, furniture missing bits of trim, bathroom tired, TV not working properly. This I could live with, however the bed was so uncomfortable I didn't get much sleep. It was a poor quality sprung mattress where the springs stuck into you, and getting a night's sleep is a basic requirement of staying in any hotel. The saving grace was a good breakfast and friendly staff.

The hotel is doll and run down I’m disabled and they put me on the top floor and the lift don’t work the room I was in had a door that led to another room and the other room was smashed to peaces the floor is so dirty and the ceiling were fulling apart the price for this hotel really ain’t worth it

Basic budget hotel which was OK for short stay. Have to pay for parking and the lift wasnt working when we were there and we were on top floor. Ceiling damage in corridors from a leak or something that hadnt been fixed
