+ Secluded and quiet. Very relaxing. - Very bright in the morning , one window with no curtain woke us up early

Liked seclusion and surroundings and view. Cottage was well designed. Breakfast was delicious. No dislikes but some insect screens needed repairs. Probably holes made by scrub turkeys.

Privacy bliss!

Beautiful weekend away. The cottage was superb and the breakfast included was amazing. Would thoroughly recommend Montville Oceanview Cottages.

Just perfect

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: Very close to montville which has a great range of restaurants. Close is also national,parks which have a lot of great bush walks
The cabin was perfectly sized... Big llounge, bathroom... Bedroom area and all facing a fantastic view of the ocean.. The deck was exquisite, with timber table and chairs plus a very easy to use Webber BBQ. The cabin was equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave, electric cooker and included was breakfast. Our days started with coffee made on the pod perculator. The bathroom was well equipped a large shower and a spa bath also looking over the valley. This was by far the best cabin we have ever stayed in no recommend it to anyone wanted a luxury getaway

Beautiful, private, romantic escape

Pros: The privacy and luxury of the beautiful cabins
Cons: The only thing I can think of is more juice with the second days breakfast! Thats it! We had a wonderful stay thank you :)
Location: Only an 8 minute drive to down, although the range is not great if you get car sick. The town is very cute and we found everything we needed.
We loved our weekend in cabin number 3! The view was spectacular, the cabin beautiful and we had such a lovely relaxing time. We were very impressed at how private the cabin was, and the location was still pretty handy to town. We hardly saw any staff but spoke on the phone to the owner who had our room ready and waiting for us when we arrived and a cleaner who popped in to give us fresh towels and our breakfast for the next morning which was delicious! All in all a wonderful experience that we will always remember!

Excellent accommodation

Pros: The facilities were great and it had everything we needed!
Cons: could do with a bit more privacy - 1 more blind near the kitchen to be exact
Location: lovely relaxed area shops & restaurants not far off
We really enjoyed our stay here! it had all the all the necessities, it was modern & comfortable with a great view.

Our engagement getaway!

Our stay at Ocean View Cottages in Montville was incredible! ...We're engaged! Family of ours are already planning their trip from seeing our photos and hearing our stories! Sunrise from the deck is worth getting up for in the morning and I highly recommend bringing some nibbles (or buying locally) to really enjoy the deck each afternoon with a glass of wine, or beer. Lying in the bath, waking up in a comfortable bed alongside relaxing each day just makes the tree house all that more magical. It's a short 5 minute drive to the centre of Montville and the breakfast included to cook yourself is such a lovely touch! The room is full of everything you would need. We really wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you! We will be back :)
