Kookaburra Court is located directly across from Bulcock Beach emcompassing panoramic ocean and beach views that makes you feel like you are right on the beach It is also conveniently located just a minutes walk into Caloundra CBD and a short stroll to a choice of dining along the beachfront.



The Space:

You can easily park your car in the lock up garage and walk everywhere.



The unit has 3 bedrooms and will sleep 6 people in a King, Queen and 2 Singles. There are 2 bathrooms and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. The unit gets a lovely ocean breeze, and there are fly screens throughout.



The unit is located on the third floor with stairs. The complex offers a nice swimming pool.



This is a Smoke Free complex.



Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

Great location and property size. Apartment had everything we needed. Dryer did not work properly as was not heating. Reported after 1st night and was not repaired/rectified throughout the 4 night stay, disappointing with wet weather and 3 children. Unit was very dusty in the bedrooms and blinds were moldy.
