Reception and Cafe were closed for the 3 days we were there. Place had clean linen but kitchen area you had to wash items before using. We found our key card where stated but it was surprising that we could open another room with our keycard by mistake. Makes you wander about security. We didn't find the breakfast promised. Managed to find one staff member very undwcently

House keeping needs improvement, feel of dust on bare feet on floors. Coffee cups tea stained,benches not wiped. No coffee satchets. We did not receive our breakfast as advertised. Power and water out on arrival, this is unavoidable, however seemed to me that when i rang the off site manager to inform of the situation she was rude and i felt like i was a complainer. Advertised as luxury but i disagree. Our view from the front door was the carpark and the one back window view of public toilet. The noise from upstairs units was annoying on lower floors. Over all customer experience was Mehhh. Paid less for better rooms for sure.

The bathroom provided a unique feature of heated towel rack. We did not receieve our continental breakfast that was included with booking. No milk was provided in fridge for our room tea and coffee.

The bed was comfortable. Very easy to find. Unfortunately there were no staff to ask any questions of. I did call and leave messages however did not get any responses. It was the weekend and they do have signs up and notices online they are not available over the weekends and after 4 pm I think it was. We wanted information about our breakfast that was included in the package and never got an answer and therefore never got our breakfast that was paid for!! So just be aware there will be radio silence at certain times. I also had to wash all the coffee cups before using them as all 4 were soiled with old coffee or hot chocolate which looked like they had just been rinsed and put back as there was residue down the outsides of every cup! Left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. There is plenty of accommodation to choose from around the Maleny/ Montville area and that’s what we shall do next visit. We stay in this region often due to visiting family in Brisbane and always have had wonderful hosts. Shall stick to what we know next time.

There is no fireplace. There is no spa, just a photoshopped deep bath. The king bed is short - probably <2m. They set us up with one roll of rump ribbon. They don't answer the one staff number. Place is very run down.

I didn’t like that the glass had lipstick on them and the cups had dribbles running down. The bathroom tap had toothpaste splatters on it. It thr sheets were clean and smelled freshly laundered.

Lovely spot with spectacular views

Clouds was brilliant, well appointed and reasonably priced. I loved the breakfast basket that was a lovely surprise. The view from my balcony was amazing. This will be my first choice next time I am staying in the area.

The area around hotel was a great view, however when we checked in room there was a foul smell and sheets were stained - there was noisy guests so was not a peaceful trip - our rate included breakfast however when I sent email to as no response from them, husband went to restaurant and was told they weren’t operating - we had to source breakfast elsewhere a cost that wasn’t budgeted hence booking the trip with this amnesties - contacted Expedia 3 times they advised waiting on hotel ‘manager’ get back to them the staff say oh you have speak manager - will keep everyone posted FYI it’s been 6 days since our stay!
