The apartments at Chez Noosa are beautiful and the location is perfect. But the best part of my stay was meeting the hosts Mark and Gary. It is so rare to really feel so genuinely welcomed on a short trip. These lovely humans gave me advice on transport, restaurants and beaches. They even fixed my reading glasses when they broke! I will remember Chez Noosa long after I've forgotten the beaches and bars.

Mark and Gary were amazing hosts and made everything so easy. We arrived well before the official check-in time, and despite this, Mark welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and gave us great recommendations for breakfast and things to do. To our surprise, the room was ready much earlier than expected — even before our scheduled check-in — which was such a wonderful bonus and made our arrival stress-free. The swimming pool was beautiful, calm, and completely private. At check-out, Mark was incredibly kind and allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment until later in the day before our evening flight. Highly recommend — we’d happily stay again!

Our stay at Chez Noosa in Sunshine Beach was nothing short of exceptional. Mark and Gary are truly top-tier hosts who completely redefine what great hospitality looks like. From the moment we arrived, their warmth, generosity, and genuine care made us feel instantly at home. It was the kind of welcome you never forget. We stayed for over a week while getting settled in Noosa, and they went above and beyond to make the transition easy and enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and kind, always happy to offer local advice or lend a hand. The room itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, calm, relaxing space to come home to each day. The amenities were excellent, and the location is unbeatable, perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Noosa and Sunshine Beach have to offer. If you’re coming to Noosa and want a stay that combines comfort, cleanliness, a prime location, and truly outstanding hosts, Chez Noosa is the place to stay. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

We had such a wonderful experience during our weekend stay! From the very beginning, the customer service stood out. We had the most amazing stay at the beautiful Chez Noosa! Mark and Gary were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We stayed in deluxe apartment which was spotlessly clean and picturesque. For the duration of our stay, we were generously offered weekly linen and towel changes, as well as other amenities. Mark and Gary thought of every detail, and would message us to confirm when an appropriate cleaning time would be. This made our stay very effortless and stress-free. The location is very convenient, with a bus stop next door that takes you to popular places such as Noosa Junction, Noosa Heads, even all the way down to Maroochydore. We highly recommend staying at Chez Noosa, it has been a highlight for us in Australia! Thank you Mark and Gary for such a memorable trip, we really do appreciate it.

The staff at the accommodation were incredibly friendly. Since it was our first visit to Noosa, they kindly introduced us to many attractions, and all of their recommendations were absolutely perfect for my partner and I.
