This place sucks Expedia should not recommend anyone stay here I had to call the police twice to report harassment and Report the fact that these people did not provide an air conditioned room for 4 days last weekend while I was waiting to begin chemotherapy and they did not care they danced me all around and I struggled with it because of my health issues I identified myself as a disabled Air Force veteran traveling with a service dog and none of that mattered these people are ignorant and in fact they're beyond their deliberately deceptive to law enforcement and this guy whoever he is he's been messing with me can speak to Queens English whenever he wants to but if it doesn't suit his needs he pretends that he can't speak English

When we arrived we were unable to access the first room. We were then assigned another room, which had the windows wide open, resulting in soaking carpet due to storms. The floor had a coffee lid and some crumpled straw wrappers and had not been vacuumed. The wifi never worked for the tv or phones the entire time we were there. There was no spare toilet paper, the towels were on the bed and damp. The lamp was broken.

First of all the room was quite clean and the bedding was clean. Most of the lights were missing bulbs and lampshades. There wereno niceties glasses to drink from no cleenex The entrance via keypad to the building and to the room were ok but not having a registration desk or contact person made it questionable. If this was the deluxe roon i wouldn't want to have a regular one. As i said the bedding was clean but its not a queen as advertised. Overall inspite of the cleanliness i could not recommend to anyone to stay there.the entrance way and stairs were filthy and the whole place could use a good reconditioning.sorry but thats all i got

Tons of deferred maintenance; charged $32/night MORE than advertised; advertised a queen bed but gave us a double bed with poor suspension/very soft mattress (think rolling into the middle). Never again!

I would stay here again. I also recommended this place to close friend of mine who stayed as well. The hallway area to the 2nd floor needs cleaning. Have the maids make sure the tubs are clean...

Didn’t realize this was an air b&b gig, which wouldn’t normally be a problem. We did not feel comfortable and left within about 30 minutes. Big tear in rug near bed, trip hazard. Unknoystain on rug. Bedding was so wrinkled don’t know if it was stored balled up or slept in. Toilet was unstable and needed to be flushed twice for very little. Key pad on door was shaky and there were huge gaps between door and frame. We only stayed as long as we did trying to connect to the wifi to find another place to stay. Never got it to connect.

No safety lock once inside just a chain. Toilets take two to three flushes to work. No exhaust fan in bathroom so mold. Gave two bath and two washcloths for three day stay. Keurig with four Kcups and no cups. Had a three day stay and daughter and I left the second day. No sleep from the noise and people struggling to get in their rooms and kicking the doors. No staff to report concerns too.

Trashy, dirty, unpleasent odor.

Worst customer service. Rooms were dingy and old. Carpet smelled. Uncomfortable twin bed, it was tiny by any standards. Terrible hotel, stay away. 1 step away from getting bed bugs
