The QQ Lodge

Come and stay at this newly renovated home in downtown King near the beautiful Chain O’Lakes. It has 2 bedrooms and a bunk room and comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests. The home is just a block from Clearwater Harbor and a short 2 minute drive to the boat launch on Taylor Lake. There is a queen sized bed in the main level bedroom, a full bathroom, and living room. Upstairs is a king sized bed and futon in one bedroom, a bunk room with two queens with fulls above a bunk beds, and a full bathroom with a tile shower. Some nights can be a little louder being on the Main Street but each room has a sound machine and blinds. Bedding and Sheets are provided for your stay however bathroom products and bath towels should be brought along for your trip.

Nice stay

The house was nice, clean and fit our family perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the house is nicely updated. It would have been nice to have a few hand towels in the kitchen and bathroom, and the laundry in basement was nice to have but the basement could use some cleaning. Overall a good stay and very convenient to restaurants, shops, and a marina.

Very nice rehab of a older home.

Grant is a great host and his repair guy was very quick to respond to a small issue. Great update of a older home, new modern furniture and bathrooms.

Awesome house in a great location on the Chain of Lakes

Clean, newly renovated cabin across the street from lots of food and shops-- and the Chain Bar. Recommended as a great place for families or group fo friends to stay with easy access to most amenities by walking.

Had my bachelor party at Grants! Great location on the Chain O Lakes, and had great weather! Clean house, plenty of beds. Great proximity to some bars and the lakes.

This property was very clean and well maintained. We did miss having a washer and dryer. The property manager was very nice and called us a number of times to make sure everything was ok. We were not able to use the tv due to an internet malfunction which was no fault of the property manager. He was very concerned about it and did what he could to fix it.
