Run down hotel. The tub had stains on it and we had to get an extra cleaning. The pool and gym are shared spaces so not as secure as we would have liked. Hotel is noisy. We will not stay here again.

The beds are comfortable although a bit high for short elderly people fairly decent breakfast with some hot options. there's a bit of dull highway traffic noise always. I may choose to stay another time but the price is higher than I care for

The first room had brown stains 💩? On the side of the mattress, water stains are n the wall, so we changed rooms. The second room had red stains on the side of the bed. The couches in the hallways were all stained as well. Outdated!

“Manger” was not available intil Monday to talk about water coming through the smoke detectors and corners of the room. That was what I was told while standing in front of the front desk clerk talking directly to the manager…Was told I needed to pay for the higher price while staying in a far lesser room. I will never stay here again and will avoid Ramada like the plague.

We have stayed here before, and it always has been quiet which is our number one priority. Parking is very convenient and although the property is not the cleanest it is clean enough for us. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the complementary breakfast in the morning is about average but once again good enough. The price is more than competitive for the area - I believe it may get low reviews due to the cleanliness but it is more than adequate for our needs.

Ice machine not working. 30 minutes after breakfast opened and not very busy both the waffle mix and syrup were empty. Employee standing right next to me as the dribble was coming from the waffle mix. Her idea of helping was to push the handle as if that would make more appear. Place needs updating and it was very humid inside the hotel. Public bathrooms needed toilet paper and only one sink working. The other sink splashed water everywhere. It’s ok for a place to sleep

Hotel needs some work!

We've been staying at this hotel one weekend a year for 3 yrs in a row, but this visit was the worst. Upon check in, we were given a room that was not cleaned yet and the entire floor smelled like pot. Upon getting a different room, although it appeared clean, there was unusual hair all over the bathroom floor (I'll let you determine what it may have been), there was some brown drips along the wall by the sink that was outside of the bathroom, a huge water spot on the ceiling, and there was more caulk in the bathroom & around the AC then you can think of. Our room was near the downstairs entrance, which didn't lock after hours, so security was questionable, the front desk person told us the lounge had moved (when it hadn't), the worker in the lounge had no idea when it opened, and the hotel overall really needs an upgrade! The atmosphere is cold & unwelcoming. Only good thing was the breakfast worker gal, she's always been super nice!! And the beds are fairly comfortable.
