Amazing

The front counter personnel were amazing! I spoke with Jessica because I needed to adjust my stay and she was so helpful and polite. She also checked us in and was very friendly and gracious. All employees here that we encountered we friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Good Stay

I liked the very basic fitness center though the TV is mounted behind the machines so you view TV in mirror. Backward set up. Pool is small. No hot tub. Breakfast was fine, lots of choices.

Very nice stay! Clean comfortable room, helpful friendly staff, REALLY good free hot and cold breakfast options, very good shower! Small pool, clean but kinda cold (winter). This is my second stay - would definitely go back and stay again.

Great spot, close to the airport

We had an early flight out of Appleton. The staff made us up a breakfast package that we were able to take with us. That was really a nice surprise.

I got there and apparently there was somebody else with the same name as me and I was held up at check-in because I was told there were drug charges that flagged and then I was placed in a room directly across the elevator and there were three teenagers that were yelling and screaming and laughing and it was midnight and the floor was filthy and had some kind of a puke stain and I was overcharged for coincidentals I want my $50 back!!!

Came down for breakfast 9:00 , we were warned of youth hockey team in the building but told they were departing early… Low on coffee no bacon , but found coffee by entrance , no one came to refresh and organize food . Oh well

Not worth the money.

The post on your website is not what the hotel looks like. Barely enough room to walk around the room. No room for our luggage. Very outdated. We ended up moving to another hotel. Only spent one night there.
