very mid stay. first all of, i stayed for 4 nights and i didn’t have housekeeping for a single day, not even for towel change or shampoo and soap refills, considering we were 4 people staying at the room, it was one of the worst things. second of all, i understand its a casino hotel, but even on the room hallways there was a very strong smoke smell. third of all, when you check in, they just told you that “you have to pay this amount of dollars” and they don’t break down the charges and i was about to be charged 4 days of parking, when i didn’t have car for 3 days. the room was comfortable with enough space, even though the a/c is not functioning on cold mode “during winter”, but it was almost the middle of march already and afternoons with the direct rays of the sun, heated the room. and there was no exhaust fan on the bathroom. also during peak hours you wont get hot water, maybe just lukewarm, but not hot enough. i traveled with my family and some of them even had to switch hotels and ask for refund due to the lack of good services provided by the hotel. consider all of these things if you want to book a room here.

It was a great time but lots of construction going on right now will be a lot better when they are done the place needs a lot of upgrades but it looks like that’s what’s going on will stay there again when they are finished 👍

Largely still under remodeling. When I booked the hotel online it stated they had an indoor pool. I learned later that they did not. When I stated that an indoor pool is listed as an amenity online, the desk clerk just kept saying “No indoor pool, no indoor pool.” I booked the room for $111 and then added my dog to the room supposedly for $75. My final bill was $277 with all of the added taxes and fees. We were excited to visit Stateline, the hotel was not good and put a damper on the trip.

Microwave consideration: health purposes

It was an amazing stay. It would be great to consider a microwave for some families since this was a first for us that a hotel didn't have one. However, it's understandable since there were restaurants downstairs. It would just be good to keep in mind that some people have limitations to food and a microwave could be helpful for a member that can't eat outside food

Lake Tahoe Family Experience

The hotel was undergoing construction in several areas, and the room lacked kid-friendly decorations. The walls seemed thinner compared to other hotels, making it easy to hear conversations from nearby rooms. The restroom was incredibly cramped, and the air conditioning didn't work, leaving the room uncomfortably hot despite having the windows cracked open.

No where did it state the property was under construction. Our sink malfunctioned and leaked all over my expensive hair dryer and the staff did NOTHING but fix the leak no offer for the hair dryer .. there was also no daily room cleaning , because of the construction very disappointed in our stay and feel like we WASTED our money. The surrounding area of south lake is beautiful but definitely would hold of staying at this hotel until they are finished remodeling because it’s not worth the money at all, a motel would of saved me money AND MY HAIR DRYER

Construction on the building started around 6AM!!! Every day, we were woken up by hammers, saws, major construction. Before 7AM. This should not be allowed. Limited food options, no room service, scarce breakfast options- you’re better off getting food at a gas station.

Parking is a nightmare

The parking situation is a nightmare. There is no valet but yet you need a room key to get into the parking garage. There are no signs that tell you this. So, you have to go stand in line to check in, hope to get a luggage cart while your car is sitting in a construction area. Then you have to haul your luggage from the parking garage all the way to your room. When you leave the parking garage you also need your key so you have to take your key with you and then they expect you to leave your car again and go turn in your keys. Ridiculous! Pay more and stay somewhere else until they get their remodel done.
