Our stay here was not comfortable. There is construction going on at the Golden Nugget and every day early in the morning we were woken up to the sounds of the construction going on with trucks making the beeping sounds. Our room was in the new Sunset Tower, the balcony and window were facing said construction and that was we saw and heard everyday during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was in excellent condition. Front desk staffing not courteous enough with guest. Room services need improvement, they only service your room when requested but only do the minimum service (remove trash and towels). They need to improve overall.

When I got to the Golden Nugged, the room didn't exist, you (Hotels.com) booked me to a room they didn't have empty. Hotels.com waste me a trip and almost cost me for parking, which I didn't know Lake Tahoe now did, I won't be going back.
