This is a one night stay hotel. I had a medical procedure and couldn’t drive. The lobby and conference areas are spectacular. The room needs major upgrades. The carpet is stained and dirty. The rest of the room was clean. The pillows were flat and dirty. The pillow cases were clean. The room had an old musty smell. I would not stay at this hotel again. The staff was okay.

Close enough to downtown Stamford , parking was easy . I have a student attending UConn so it was close enough to everything that we needed. Will be staying again and Pet friendly is huge so when I come to visit my daughter can see her dog! This was our second stay here and now that the pool is open we can take a dip!

Ok hotel but old and dated - being reno

This hotel is being renovated- my room looked nothing like the pics. Floor 4 is old- the bed is comfy but the room and floor seems a little dirty (prob just old) and dated. Staff was great, gym nice, but it’s a 3* and you get what you pay for

The hotel is very large, the room is outdated and slowly deteriorating. We used it to rest on our drive and felt the room wasn’t up to par with what they were charging. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel was a perfect stop for us on our way to Boston coming from North Carolina. We were able to get on the other side of NYC to beat traffic the next day. The location is within walking distance to downtown with lots of options for food and drinks.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well prior to our stay - hair on the floor and toilet had some unfortunate spots that were noticeably missed in the cleaning process. Also the pool was not available due to some construction work which was a shame.
