The rooms Air conditioner sounded like a freight train. The coolest it got in the room was 76 degrees! The pillows and bed felt like they were made for Fred Flintstone. Normally, i really like Red Roofs but this one was lacking. At least i can say it was clean.

There was a roach during my stay and pee stains on the sheets. The door to the room had an opening at the bottom letting air in and probably other bugs.

absolute worst hotel i have ever been to in my life. i had to leave two days in due to BED BUGS. the bathroom was moldy and the door was broken. i was placed in the first room and immediately told management to move me due to the mold and broken doors. the second room had bed bugs and ac dripping foul smelling water. when i told the front desk i need a refund and to leave asap they threatened me to keep my voice down and not speak because they didn’t want the other customers walking in to hear me talk about the bugs and mold. i was told i will not get refund because of the way i was acting. i was furious i had bug bites all over my arms. i showed videos to the manager and showed them in the room and they told me to leave the property immediately because of how upset i was. i would not allow anyone i care about to ever stay in such an awful dirty place
