We had people partying in our hallway until 1 AM. Potsmoke could be smelled into our room. We could hear noise that someone walking in high heels most of the night above us.

Upon arrival my reservation was difficult for front desk to find...Our living area in our room was ok and clean but the bathroom was so bad we didnt use the shower..mold and stains lined the bathroom, cigarette stains on the sink, toilet leaked and shower curtian was ready to fall out of the wall...the complimentary coffee was so terrible I almost vomited and my Fience wouldnt even drink it...the coplimentary breakfast was either a slice of toast or stale begal and upon check out the attendent was out having breakfast which made us late for out early appointment.. The TV continually shut itself off and most stations werent available and no explaination was given to us by the front desk..We made 4 complaints the 1st few hrs there but all were completely ignored..

No remote in room, elevator only accessible with an employee, so you had to call to get the elevator to come to your floor. The bed had broken springs. Both people rolled to the middle of the bed, which was a full, not a queen as advertised. Once we got the TV on the service was horrible kept going in and out.

Arrived at 315 for 3 o clock check in . The room wasn’t ready till 345 . The room reeked of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Asked for another room but no others available with a fridge which we wanted. Staff was friendly enough and they did provide breakfast. Doubt I’d stay at this particular location again. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at but far from the best

This hotel is horrible. It’s dirty, old industrial toilet fixtures I’d expect so see in a bus station, broken sink, fixtures painted over, curtains were falling off or didn’t work, linoleum flooring had gaps at the seems, ‘breakfast’ is what I would expect at a cheap motel in the red district. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this property.

I was expecting this to be a terrible experience and it was not as bad as I thought it would be. The hotel is run down and the elevator does not work. The staff is either surly or completely apathetic. I heard lots of people complain to them about their rooms or the non-working elevators and they could care less! But our room was ok, decent size. And we just took the stairs. It is very close to I-95 so some rooms are probably pretty noisy. The restaurant next door is great. Pretty easy access to Yale and downtown New Haven. I would not pick this if I weren’t desperate however!

We booked this hotel to attend a Yale graduation. Upon arrival both elevators were broken. Every guest had to use a dingy set of emergency stairs. Luckily we aren’t disabled. The room was quite bare and sad. Our television remote would not work. One day despite being absent from the room all day, we received no room cleaning, dry towels etc. One afternoon there was some sort of water in the lobby. There was a large amount of yellow caution tape all around the rear entrance. The employees were polite and generally as helpful as the sad conditions allowed. The price of the rooms did not reflect that this is in actuality a cheap, run down facility. Avoid if possible.
