Unsure why the hotel is so expensive when room service is not offered and when I called to request ice, I was told to “go get it myself on the 4th or 7th floor”. The room is nice, but not nearly worth the money I spent.

I did not have breakfast there. The rooms were clean and the interior was modern and great. There was barely any sound insulation, I could hear a lot of different types of sounds coming from the outside and other rooms particularly moving furniture in the morning. I had to turn off the AC since it was so loud and the fridge made this awful humming sound. The staff was courteous enough to switch my rooms but unfortunately the same noise issues persisted.
