The room was tiny with paper thin wall. We could hear every word from people walking down the hall, toilets flushing, cars starting etc. Very dated with a small GE TV that tried to brown-out every 4 seconds. No channel guide. The front desk was eventually able to find one. We would have called the front desk, but no phone, just the instructions for how to use the non-existent phone. Crazy expensive breakfast that we opted out of. We travel a lot and this is an overpriced dated facility

Beautiful hotel and immaculately clean. The lobby is beautiful and there is a clean, fresh smell everywhere. Our room is adequate in size but very clean. I highly recommend this facility.

Gleaming floors in the common areas; the meeting rooms we peeked into looked lovely. But our rooms were quite small and though updated (mini splits in the walls) had some odd quirks- like very narrow doors and a tub grab bar that was oddly placed. Plus my bed (not my companion's in a different room) had a very thick pillow top mattress -very comfortable but I wished I'd had a step stool to get up there.

Service beyond abysmal. Failed to make up our room despite specific request to do so. Ran out of towels kleenex and trash cans overflowed. Hours of service at bars restaurants were apparently suggestions or goals. Actual hours, if any, were at hotels whim. Bar staff came in occasionally to take orders make drinks. They disappeared more often than not. None of them made particularly good drinks. Our room, 322, needed paint and lots of wall repair. All in all an unpleasant stay in mod-October 2025.
