Bed was comfortable but the hotel is very dated. There was a fair amount of dust on certain surfaces of the room, the shower did not appear to be the cleanest, the non slip mat in the shower had been worn down, water pressure was not great and the internet connectivity was spotty. I tried to do some work on my laptop but could not successfully connect.

We chose the Hilton for the excellent location as it is very close to lots of restaurants, pubs and the container village. We parked the car after we checked in (underground parking) and left it there for our entire stay. Check in was fast and the staff were very friendly. I will say that our room was fine however the furniture, bathroom, mattress and pillows are in need of an upgrade. It was clean

Uptown Saint John has a lot of dining and drink options. We liked the proximity of the restaurants with outside patio in Market Square that overlook the harbour and newly built public square the had great daily musical entertainment.

Great location right on the wharf in Saint John. Walkable to some nice restaurants close by and a sqaure that comes alive at night. Room was clean and set up well for traveling with kids. Great spot for when traveling along to the East Coast.

Nice hotel, rooms don’t feel modern but they have been renovated and they are clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Parking access is convenient. The location felt good during day but the city didn’t feel safe enough for us to enjoy the night. Could be we got the wrong impression and this is more related to the city than to the hotel. If you visit St. John this hotel is likely the one you want.

Overall had a good stay. Rooms are definitely tired. But they were clean for the most part. Beds are firm. And plenty of feather pillows. Had a hard time getting a non feather pillow. The area is perfect for walking saint john
