The fellow at the desk, Max, was amazing to deal with. He was so patient and kind. He even had an encounter with a woman who was hell bent on being miserable from the word go. She treated him so poorly yet he displayed and maintained stellar customer service skills even when most people would have called her out on it. Thank you Max!

Upon entering the hotel there were buckets lined up due to leaks. Check in was good however, staff informed me that elevator was broken and asked if I was told about that….i was not. It wasn’t an issue for my family but I could see that being a huge problem for people with mobility issues and disabilities. Rooms are outdated and could use an upgrade but overall the room was fine. Beds were comfortable which is a huge plus for me. The pool was excellent. My family enjoyed it. It wasn’t busy at all during march break. It was also very quiet which is another huge bonus for me! So overall it was a good experience and I would stay here again.

A lot of bang for your buck!

We stayed in the executive suite. Very spacious, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the jet tub and fireplace! It was well worth the price we paid! We will most likely stay here again in the future!

The buffet was terrible! There was hardly any food out. More problem than the food...the elevator was not working indefinitely. I had just had a knee replacement six weeks ago and I had to walk up the stairs which killed me. I want a refund.

When I've arrived, I was told that the elevator was out of service. Not a big deal, however, they have 2 elevators and both of them were out of services for 2 years. I saw elderly people with cans trying going up those stairs. This is not good. I'm assumed, to be the only hotel in town, why pay to fix the elevator. My son lives there and the next time I will stay in Fredericton. My room had a rip sofa, stains everywhere, broken drawers .

The room itself was very nice, we were able to check in upon arrival but when we got to the room it was still being cleaned, the lady did a great job cleaning it under pressure to her credit. The elevator was out of service which is a major pain when your on the 4th floor and 4 suitcases.

Very disappointing stay

We wete very disappointed that the suite we booked had been bumped down to a regular room, there were childten running up and down the halls, banging doors, even after i called the front desk. The power went out for 10 hours and we lost all use of wifi, fan, lights, tv, hotel phone. Very disappointed in the bed and pilliws...very hard on our backs and pillows werent fluffy.

Seemed like the room was not deep cleaned the tv remotes were so greasy and the blow dryer had some unknown brown residue on it.. the tvs and cable boxes weren’t plugged in. Dining Chairs had unknown stains on them. Also the elevator was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor so had to carry luggage up. Other than that a very very basic hotel stay

This was terrible we get there after flying in from Florida to Halifax then we had to drive to Oromocto with 10 days of luggage and the elevator was broken. They wanted to put us on the third floor, they put us on the second but still terrible they we had to carry luggage up two flights!
