Staff were great. Enjoyed the venue. However since I only stayed 3 or the 4 nights I booked I would have thought I might receive a refund or credit for the final night. I was very sick and had to leave suddenly, so just left my key in the box as there were no staff on site at that time.

The bed was soooo comfy! The staff were friendly and helpful. The history of the Kennedy House is one thing that drew me, and I truly enjoyed my stay. My room was right above the band downstairs, but I like music, so it was great. There is a bar/restaurant right downstairs that is super fun and delicious.
