room was clean but no utensills for a suite with partial kitchen at the price i paid youd expect utensils. Hot tub did not work properly. could not get assistance by phone, why have a concierge at this type of facilty if you cant get anyone to assist with normal requests. House keeping only came 1 time for 5 days, restaurant was high priced compared to the quality delivered (all meals) breakfast lunch dinner)
