Room was dirty. Bathroom in bad need of a deep clean. Sink and counter were stained. Rug in room was very stained. No soap/body wash in the room at all. No lotion. Bed was good but pillows were brutal. Not worth what we paid to stay there. Do better.

Nice, Modern Property, Close to restaurants. The room was okay, but it could have been cleaner. There was a toothpick, hair, dirt on the floor in my room, and in the shower. The housekeeper did the bare minimum that day, but other than that, it's a nice hotel bar and cafe on site, and the staff and valet were nice.

Not what we expected. The area was walkable but didn't feel super safe walking around. Could see what appeared to be drug deals happening across the street in an empty lot from our room. If you don't valet your car you will have to play musical lots overnight because the parking lots are not setup for 24 hour parking. Our rooms were okay but didn't smell clean (kind of felt icky) and one of the rooms had massive amounts of hair in and around the shower drain, which made me wonder if the shower was even cleaned. Service at the bar was atrocious. They only had 1 bartender who wouldn't even acknowledge you for 20 minutes, then had a bad attitude when they finally served you. The look and decor of the hotel is what drew us in but overall just not a great experience. We actually checked out early and didn't stay the last night of our reservation. Won't be back.

From the time we arrived, the concierage was helpful and friendly. The front desk staff was also so helpful. Charlie was the best. The rooms are exactly as described and very clean. The lobby, lobby bar, cafe, were all wonderful. although one of the female bartenders can be more friendlier with a smile on her face. The rooftop pool was fabulous with the views and exceptional service, one bartendar in particular
