Great price for dwnt St Pete but the whole person at a folding table reception experience kills it to a 3 star for me. Want 5 star? Open the mint party room 24x7 and add a bar and live music like moxy but 24x7. Then staff it there not in the elevator hallway. Open the pool 24x7 but ticket or for 5$ and filter all the riff raff too ... Outside to walking in only thru the secured area bar / music too so people aren't tracking in water

We loved this property. It was steps away from fantastic coffee, great dining options, and cute shops. Walkable to a grocery store. The room was clean, and we liked using the kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Our bed was not the greatest, but that's the only downfall. With all that said, we would stay here again!

The location was excellent. Our poolside room was perfect. It was so nice to have a private patio. Everyone working at the Minthouse was very accommodating. We would love to stay here again.

Mint house is a great choice to stay because it is walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and shops. Near the stadium. The staff are courteous and just nice! The only slight negative is the lack of parking so it pays to pay for valet at mint house and that is $35 a day. All parking around is only for 2 hours.

Share You said: correct the following review that i'm typing regarding the mint house: Stayed here a few times since they opened and it seems as it's only going in downwards direction, the housekeeping and maintenance of the rooms and the facility is bad and getting worse, it's the last time I'm staying here regardless the price. However, the communication was great and they refunded my money, and made sure to send the housekeeping right away, but it seems like the entire housekeeping management is poor and so on their inspections on the cleaning of the rooms. The bed and pillow also are very poor and I actulley felt like the linnens werent changed from the previous guest, as they were so wrinkled. Housekeeping and overall maintenance of the rooms and facilities are poor and seem to be getting worse. This will be my last stay here, regardless of the price.
