The host was communicating right away after booking and throughout the stay with any questions. Found it odd the tennant contract required names and DOB of all guests but not a big deal.The house has a ton of stairs (as clearly noted in the booking) and the elevator was working as directed. Rooms were clean and most had fans which is great because it really got warm with the layout and limit on AC to 71 degrees. House was clean for the most part but bed mattress pads were clearly not laundered between visits.Amenities were as advertised with a small set of items left behind by former guests. Wish they had a better way to secure the main front door from inside (keypad entry only).Perfect location just a block from Reefers bar and pub and a short walk to some other hot spots. Maybe a 2 min walk to the sand. House is well stocked with beach items and towels. Bring your own can coozie and coffee thermos. Not majorly stocked with paper goods, disposable dishware or trash bags, which was also mentioned in tbe booking.All dishware was glass. Not great for on the hot tub deck or beach side, some plastic would be helpful especially with a house this size. We made due.Host asked us to manage trash bins even though they paid for a service to do it for them. Not a big deal except we didnt know which bins to bring up or where to put them. Also didnt ask...so left them at the curb like almost all other tenants in the bldg.Nice place, great host. Will return!
