Having an issue is part of the problem. Failing to care is the greater failure
We stayed for a night in February. To start, the bath is best defined as minuscule with inadequate room to even turn around. The noisy window unit AC rattled like a subway. The bed was lumpy and the pillows flat as the service. The issue came when we went to use the shower which is the size of a small head on a sailboat. The mixing valve had failed and no hot water was available and then it was impossible to turn off the dripping water all night long.
When told of this situation the young front desk operator simply said they would look into it and failed to acknowledge the issue or the great inconvenience. I followed up with management by email and didn’t
Even get the courtesy of a reply.
For what they charge and the highly inconvenient lack of elevator and remote parking and the antiquated facilities which aer not maintained to a level to be called quaint there are far better accommodations in this city. Do not stay here.
