Welcome to a fully refurbished, main-floor, 1BD condo in a safe and secure gated community, with a heated pool. The unit is only a few miles away from one of the most beautiful beaches, Clearwater Beach.
The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and all necessary kitchenware. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, and an additional 1 sleeping space is available in the living room on a non-extensible sofa bed. The spacious living room is equipped with a 65-inch flat-screen Smart TV, cable, Netflix, and private high-speed Internet access. The bedroom is also equipped with a 50-inch Smart TV. Each room has a separate entrance to the bathroom. Step out onto your private balcony with comfortable patio seating.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and beach towels are provided.
