The check in took an extremely long time because the hote l seemed to have an accounting issue with the expedia reservation and did not check me in despite me having paper work. Finally after about 30 minutes they resolved the issue which was nothing to do with me...RIDICULOUS and no offers to discount me for their deplorable service...hey the best western is next door go there
