I didn’t like that my room was changed to a king room when I requested 2 queen beds, not everyone wants to sleep with their travel companion. I was told that they were over booked so I wasn’t happy because I had booked in advance. Because of this I don’t think I would stay there again. Also the room was cold when we arrived, temperature was set at 16 degrees Celsius and it took several hours to warm up, not good when it’s cold outside. The shuttle was prompt and convenient and the staff were pleasant.

Regina was so kind when helping me to sort out a 3rd party booking situation that was quite frustrating. The maintenance guy was also super helpful and polite. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I appreciated the great service and, especially, the willingness to make things right!

As off Dec 6th renovations are being done. Room was extremely dusty and dirty. Broken bed, torn curtains, stains on office chair and the shower wasn’t working properly Staff was pleasant. And decent breakfast.

Breakfast was alright, dining area is too small for the amount of guests they have. Their room keycard system wasnt working when i arrived (not by their fault) and support took a while to fix it for them. They were able to let us in our rooms by having a staff member come with us to our door. There was a bunch of teenagers running stomping up and down the halls for hours and shouting. Staff did nothing about them and they did this until about midnight for a couple nights. This shouldnt be tolerated.

Room was great. We were on a floor that was being renovated but no complaints there. Staff was ok on checkin. My card kept getting declined which was quite embarrassing. The staff member didn’t seem quite sure how to handle it. It was a problem with the computer not my card but again quite embarrassing with a line up of people behind me.

Check in was great once we got served that we got upgraded to a suite for the hotel being over booked! However, the room was not clean, the headboard have full hand prints on it from previous evening activities I’m presuming -.although the bed was very comfortable. Toilet dirty, evident someone previous was sick and remains still on toilet seat and floors not clean-dirt and dust

Breakfast was barely warm, definitely disappointing. We had some weather as we were checking in and it seems the parking lot was not sanded or attended to by anyone. The next morning the parking lot was still slippery. Check in was slow. The price we paid was fantastic but overall our stay was a little disappointing.
