This quiet Condo is located in Sports Village Resort, 860 S Village Road, Saint George, UT 84770. It is located on the main floor with easy access parking right in front of the building. For your viewing enjoyment a 70" flat screen TV is in the living room. There is a fully functional dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Large bathroom with full sized shower/tub combo. Pool towels are also supplied for use in club house. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. This unit sleeps 6 with a very comfortable king size adjustable bed, a queen in the 2nd bedroom as well as the queen sized sofa sleeper in the family room. Extra sheets and blankets provided for sofa bed (located in ottoman). You also have access to a new washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience.
High speed wireless internet is provided along with a desk for our business guests. Also included is Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more.
Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools.
-2 Large Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool-heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round as long as outside temps are 45 degrees or higher.
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

We had a great stay here! We stayed in St George as a hub for day trips to hike in the national parks. We enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub after long days of hiking! It was in a great location, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The washer and dryer were awesome to have as well! Would definitely stay here again.

Property is a little dated but well-maintained. The pool was not open while we were there but the hot tub was getting a lot of use. We didnt use any of the other amenities. We appreciated the extras that were included (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, napkins, papertowels, salt and pepper). We would stay there again.
