Generally a clean facility. Our room had a leaking toilet. The manager was informed about it and stated she hadn't had time to fix it. Also, the hot water had to run for twenty minutes before it was warm enough to shower. There were signs posted about it.

St George Marathon Runners Beware: New manager would not allow for late checkout after marathon finish. Stayed here in prior years and was allowed a late checkout, but no more. Under new management. Not allowed to return to room for quick shower after the race.

I do no agree with the rating of 9.4

The hotel is older, but remodeled. It is roomy and comfortable. Initially, it seemed to be very clean until we looked at the bottom of our bare feet. They were black after walking on the floor. The tub was full sized and the room was nice a dark. The mattress was very soft and the pillows were hard. The linens were nice and so were the soaps. It was quiet and not full when we stayed. There is no swimming pool. Entrance is from the outside of the hotel.
