This is the priciest hotel in the area. The hairdryer provided was sticky and dirty and old, and the GFI outlet in the bathroom was broken…the only outlet in the bathroom. Minimal outlets provided in the room for charging electronics. Disappointed in this stay…would expect this from a cheap hotel, not one that we paid over $250/night. Do better.

My assigned room had a horrible shrieking sound that I finally found coming from the toilet (I videoed it to show the front desk) and the television was not working properly (I took photos to show the front desk staff). I went downstairs only to receive a “downgrade” to a room with two beds. I paid for a king sized bedroom. One of the women at the front desk was very impolite and another seemed very nice. I paid $400 for a room I stayed less than 12 hours in and no one on the staff seemed to care about my concerns. There was also a lot of noise during quiet hours (I assume coming from individuals that were there for the golf tournament at Oakmont). The hotel made no effort to control this either. I will consider another hotel next time. I choose this hotel for its name reputation and convenience; none of which helped with my stay. Very disappointed.

Convenient, clean, restaurant had good food! Only negative- there were no luggage carts to take to the airport check-in. I stayed there before a long international flight and had quite a few pieces of luggage.
