We offer a charming bed/bath in a boutique hotel. We have 6 individual suites. All come with the most comfortable beds, linens & pillows. Complementary are Netflix, a coffee/ tea bar, all shampoo, conditioner and wash. We offer a stocked minibar with water, soda & vitamin water, red & white wine, beer, hard seltzers and snacks for a fee.



Plush King bed with 50” tv with complementary Netflix. Large shower with shampoo, conditioner and wash. Stocked Coffee/tea and Eat in bar with minibar with snacks and beverages available for purchase. Front porch with seating for 2 to enjoy the locals, neighborhood and fresh Florida air.

Overall, the experience was okay. The main advantage is that the property is very walkable to downtown St. Augustine. The host did help resolve an issue we had with the door. That said, the property manager seemed annoyed about having to return to the property to install a screw in the exterior door plate so the door would stay closed and locked. We were told “not to worry because there are security cameras on the property.”Another issue was that the shower water was only lukewarm at best.Our stay was ultimately fine, but based on the overall experience, we would not book this property again.

Cute little spot!

The property was close to downtown, although parking could be difficult. The room is nice but there is no separate bathroom or wall/division for privacy. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location for Christmas

Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect location to walk downtown to see the Christmas lights. We liked the option to check-in early for a fee. The only suggestion we have would be to add bathroom privacy.
