Avoid, better places nearby

They never cleaned the room or emptied the garbage. Coffee pot did not work correctly, the packets wete for a single cup but the Coffee maker was a 4 cup. Floor was filthy, walked around barefoot and the bottom of my feet were dark black with dirt.

The check in staff was GREAT!! She was kind and gracious. That was the only thing good about the place. It was loud the people in the rooms were loud, yelling at 6am on Easter Sunday and no one did anything about it. There were locals hanging out on the outside of the rooms, looked like they were dealing drugs. The towels were tiny ... im not a big person but it would have taken 3 towels to cover me. I wont ever go back. And they rent their unused parking to beachgoers. Not safe!

I've been using this hotel since 93. Wonderful staff and rooms. It's close to everything I want to do. They're definitely fighting a losing battle with mold and mildew, but they can't run every AC 24/7 to prevent it. The mngt does tackle every issue head on though, unlike most places. I'll keep coming here for as long as I can.
