Ride bikes 3 min to the ocean or walk 8 min there...or stay home & soak in the Cowboy Pool! Dog friendly Fenced yard, lots of parking. Open floorplan with plenty of seating, spacious bedrooms & wrap around balcony lets guests enjoy plenty of space for themselves while still being together. Bedrooms are large & roomy, spread out.

Gorgeous wood ceiling looking down at an open floor plan invites all to gather and make memories. The house is newly renovated and has an airy, laid-back and relaxed vibe and is tastefully decorated. A short 8 minutes walk will have your toes in the oven or you can ride one of the bikes and be there in 3 minutes! Great location with lots to do and explore within 20 minutes of the cottage!

Fully functioning kitchen seats 3 on the bar and the beautiful bamboo dining table seats another 8! Stainless steel refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of counter space, pots and pans and lots of dishes make for a comfortable spot to whip up a meal or order in!

There's lots of room for everyone to find their cozy spot for themselves or snuggle with loved ones on the big roomy couch and watch the bog TV! The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making the living area a bright and happy spot to hang out in! The sliding doors lead to the wrap around balcony! The balcony also offers a great spot to enjoy sunsets or a morning song of the ocean waves!

Owner and house great, but yard and cowboy pool not so great

The yard needs a lot of work. Outside lights were not all working. Got a splinter on the deck of the cowboy pool. The pool had 2 patches on the bottom. Yard wasn’t comfortable to hang out in. The owner was amazing at solving any issues that arose.

Excellent spot

We loved this property! We didnt get to use much of the outdoor area since we were here for a single night. But it is beautiful with all the lights & landscaping. The inside is just as nice, and with many unexpected provisions which we were thankful for. Its a very short walk to the water and the neighborhood is quiet and peacefull. 10/10 would stay again!.

Fun Family Beach Escape

Comfortably fit our family of 5. Great spot for multiple beaches, shopping and restaurants. Thoughtful amenities from the host with upgrades to the house. Shaiffu and Alex made us feel welcome!

Home away from home!

We had a wonderful months long stay at Jinny’s Beach Cottage. Absolutely everything we could have needed was provided: a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and bedding, lots of seating on the two decks and the TV streaming was easy to access. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog and we loved our daily walks in the quiet, friendly neighborhood. Our daughter and two grandkids (5 & 6) came for a week and they loved the cowboy pool - much larger than it appears in the photos. St. Augustine is just a quick 15 minute drive with tons of great restaurants and things to see and do. Thank you Shaiffu and Alex for all the great suggestions and being so helpful. you guys are the greatest! We hope to see you next year!

Great House in a Great Location

This house is great! It is clean, well-stocked with kitchen supplies, has two grills, two bikes, nice decks, is tastefully furnished, and lives up to the photos and description in the listing! This was our second trip to the area and we especially liked the location. Beautiful Butler Beach, Crescent Beach, Matanzas Inlet are all very close and it's minutes south of all that Saint Augustine and Saint Augustine Beach have to offer. Try hiking the bike trails at Moses Creek for a shady change of pace from the beach! Great week long break at a great rental!
