Summary:

This home sits overlooking the marsh in the Historic neighborhood. 5 Minute drive to Downtown St Augustine. Ripley's Museum, The Fort, The Famous Nights of Lights, Restaurants, music, Shopping. 10 Minute drive to Vilano Beach. This casita offers, a queen size very comfortable bed with an additional pull out sofa bed. A kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, and coffee included, soaps, shampoo, laundry inside, beach chairs, umbrella, fir pit and lounge furniture outside along with BBQ area.

1 parking space on the gravel driveway. Sign is posted

Fullerwood neighborhood. % minute drive to the heart of downtown St Augustine.



Getting Around:

Catch the trolly down the street. It takes you all over the downtown historic area. Great story time.



Other Things to Note:

Upon departure, please pull bedding and leave in a pile along with used towels. The cleaning staff can take it from there.

We really missed the lack of a stove BUT the grill was great and we purchased an electric cook top for outside which I left with the landlord. There were no pots or pans so we had to buy a few. Again, we left them behind so the landlord would have them for the next time. The bed was GREAT which is so important!! Overall we had a wonderful time!!!

Room was okay—it wasn’t dirty, but under the bed hadn’t been vaccumed/swept and the undersheet on the mattress was disgusting. The noise above from people upstairs was horrendous the first night—and there are no curtains in the room…which would be fine, but they have these security lights outside that shine right into the window and go off at random times. Constantly woke us up. Def wasn’t the best place we’ve stayed, but also not the worst. Decent value for the money, I guess.

This unit was good for our weekend getaway. Location was perfect, not too close, not too far. The host, Michelle, was super accommodating & answered our questions/requests very promptly. Unit was clean & cozy. If you're a light sleeper & there are guests staying upstairs, you will hear them but wasn't all that bad.

We had a wonderful stay in Michelle's Casita A. It was the perfect size and location for us. It's basically a studio apartment which was just right. It was very clean and the neighborhood was safe and easy to walk in. It was also very close to St. Augustine Old Towne attractions.The Casita had most everything we needed. There was not a dishwasher (as mentioned on the amenities possibly?), but not a problem. We had soap available. We also used the grill for cooking which was very convenient to have! Then ate outside on one of the outdoor tables!Though we never saw our host, we had great communication with her when we needed.
