Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

This 4th Floor Balcony Suite Plus is a great spot to enjoy the ocean view. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, ceiling fan and a 40" flat screen TV. This condo is tiled throughout and has extra drawer space. The kitchen is fully equipped and is situated so that you can enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals. Mirrored walls provide extra reflections of the ocean waves. There is a 4 burner stove with oven and all the standard kitchen amenities. The bathroom was remodeled with a newer tub with grab bar. There is a new plush King Sized Serta mattress and 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. Tile and a ceiling fan and horizontal blinds make this room extra comfortable. This could be the perfect beach condo for your next stay. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Great location , ocean front balcony was great. Couple things , needed better job of mopping tile floors, satellite tv kept going out. Overall great week . Just couple minor housekeeping items

Condo was beautiful, bright, extremely clean. King size bed mattress was awesome, we’ve had bad experiences in the past. Couch and recliner could use a good deep clean on the arms, but overall very comfortable for both. Staff and workers were amazing. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for opening your home to others

Good but could be better

The unit was clean and smelled sanitary upon entry. The view was amazing! Some things that could use much improvement: Replace or deep clean furniture. Couch and recliner are dirty and caked with grime on the recliner arms. Could use a keurig which most places we stay at offer one. There should be a dishwasher. Felt like I went back in time. Sliding glass door doesn’t lock. Walls could use and updated fresh coat of paint along with updated wall decor. Reminded me of being in the Golden Girls Miami home. (90’s themed) Bed was super firm and I woke up with a backache each day. Would love to give this 5 stars but just can’t.

Great weekend getaway

Excellent weekend getaway for us as a couple. Excellent beach and access to St Augustine. Easy check in/check out process. Unit had everything you would need.
