The room smelled musty upon arrival. Later, we went to get in bed and found dark hair inside the bedding, specifically on the comforter, so I put it on the floor and went down to get clean blankets. I was told they didn’t have any at the front desk and didn’t know if they had any anywhere. It was close to midnight and no effort was made. Luckily we had some light blankets in the car, because all she would offer were sheets and towels. I complained about the situation when I turned my keys in this morning, and a different attendant told me they would let housekeeping know…. Offered absolutely nothing other than to help the next guest.

Nice, clean hotel & room but breakfast is not free

Hotel & room was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. The only negative thing I could say is that we were on the eighth floor and water pressure in shower was terrible. The vanity in the bathroom was a single sink, but with tons of counter space which was nice for toiletries and makeup. The amenities said free breakfast but evidently that is only on weekends and there is evidently an extra charge for it so it’s really not free. They do have an in-house café shop which we were able to order breakfast but it cost almost $35 for two sandwiches and two iced coffees. Also, the app said $10 parking fee, but thankfully I was not charged for parking.

Nice hotel for the money

This hotel is clean, friendly staff and the breakfast is fair. The coffee shop located on the bottom floor is the best!

The walls are very thin, there was a man yelling in the lobby and banging on he said his own door for 30 minutes to an hour last night. It echos in there, the staff was nowhere to be found, no cops were called. We were there for a gymnastics competition and there were multiple little kids there. Not okay. Will not be staying again, and the website price was different than the price when we paid at check in.
