What a joke. Lounge and all restaurants were all closed due to ‘low occupancy’. I wasn’t notified of this and the closest place we found to eat at was a bar/grill 5 miles away. All ice machines were out of order. Requested a blanket for the bed several times, got none. Front desk lady was rude and didn’t care about anything except her phone. Complete waste of my money.

Accomodations were fine. I chose location because I am familiar with the area. Room for one was comfortable, very clean .. the two upholstered chairs were shabby and worn. Room I had was over rooftop ( with HVAC systems but noise was not a problem and I wasn't staying for a view. Staff friendly, easy check in and out. I was given a complimentary breakfast when I inquired because the area was clean, inviting and variety of breakfast items appealing. Highly recommend including breakfast in reservation!

I don’t remember the man who helped check us in, but he was so awesome.. We ended up staying here b/c my daughter was supposed to race in the AFT Royal Enfield Race in Wheatland, but due to the weather her race was canceled. So we are from Washington state and totally out of our element, but the staff member was extremely helpful. We definitely would recommend and stay again!!! 💕

Only stayed for a quick night. Check-in was easy and quick. Hotel seemed pretty clean all-around. Decor and couch in the room were a bit dated, but the carpet looked quite clean and the bedding looked fresh and was comfortable.

It was fairly quiet and close to our destination. Easy check-in and checkout. We couldn't find a working ice machine. The restaurant and bar were never open. The room had a bit of a funky odor and we had to keep the a/c set at 60 to keep the room comfortable. Overall our stay wasn't intolerable but there's room for improvement.

Trash was over flowing outside front entrance — property looks tires. Trash in parking lot. And I didn’t know I had to pay $10 to park IN the hotel lot. Ridiculous. It’s parking lot, not a garage or gated lot. :-/

We had a comfortable stay. Liked walking distance to downtown and hammonds field. All things were nice as you might expect for a large hotel like this. Disappointed that they felt 1 washcloth and 1 towel each would suffice for our 3 day stay. No housekeeping to replenish or clean.

Great staff - mediocre hotel - crap portal

The hotel was slightly above average only because the staff I interacted with were all amazingly friendly, accommodating, knowledgable, and helpful. That's where the "qvove average" ends. Issues: 1) As Hotels.com usually does feom my experience - they screwed up the reservation. I was traveling with a friend, requiring two queen beds, and this is what I booked thru Hotels.com. When we arrived, the hotel said that there wer only "king" rooms. Thankfully they accommodated us but I slept on an uncomfortable sofa bed for a few nights. I heard there were 5 or more other pairs of friends who experienced the same issue. I am certain this was an expedia/hotels.com issue - not the hotel's. 2) We never had housekeeping enter the room (5 nights). 3) When trying to get service (ie sheets for the pull-out sofa bed) we called the front desk and the only option was to speak the request to an automated system, which (no surprise) did not deliver. After a few hours I had to go to the front desk to ask for sheets in-person. Quite poor - from a customer-service perspective, despite the stellar personal care from the staff & management - once we walked to the front desk. Overall - the place was tired, but for the price - it was satisfactory and the staff was very nice.
