Just a block away from the Whiteside Medical Building at Mercy Hospital Complex. Several parks and the Springfield Art Museum are close by too.

The vaulted ceiling and open floor plan make it comfortable for your group to eat and be entertained together but each BR also has its own TV for some time away.

Vaulted Ceiling and long Kitchen Bar and counter space make laying out your groceries, serving your family, or just setting up your laptop for work- EASY. Open floor plan kitchen/living room has lots of seating with some comfy recliner couch seats. Warm decorating scheme makes it feel cozy for your enjoyable stay. Tvs in all BRs and LR. Kick back on the back porch under the big tree.

This is a newer style house nestled into a neighborhood of newer/older houses. Lots are small, but this house has a double car driveway in which 4 cars can be parked. Street parking is limited due to mailbox and fire hydrant location. Single Car Garage stall fits 1 medium size SUV. Some trucks may not fit inside garage due to length.

I am a local and can give assistance by phone or text. There is a Smart Lock at front door for easy self check-in.

Convenient to shopping and house is situated near 4 major roads of Springfield. Older neighborhood with a mix of newer and older homes. Lots of single car driveways on this street so you will see cars parked on street.

The driveway should fit 4 average sized vehicles. There is limited street parking because of a fire hydrant & lots of mailboxes along the road. Please park in driveway.

1 King Bed (master BR), 1 Queen Bed (2nd BR), 1 Queen Bed (3rd BR). TVs in all BR's and in Living Room. Wifi.
I expect guests to act like adults and to be respectful of neighbors.
1. All guests & vehicles must be registered (let us know how many).
2. No pets! No animals accompanying visitors either.
2. Trash dumpster is provided. Please use it to dispose of trash at end of stay.
3. Do not park on street if possible.
4. No smoking or vaping indoors/in garage or at OPEN doors. Cigarettes must be disposed of properly (that means not on the ground for others to pickup). $1000 fee for indoor smoking.
5. No major moving of furniture.
