Linda at the front desk check in was amazing, so friendly and had a great vibe. I knew it was going to be a great stay just by the positive front desk experience! The lavender sachets was such a pleasant and nice touch before bed. Definitely would recommend 👍♥️

Everything here was a bit underwhelming. The housekeeping wouldn't refresh lotion bottles or complimentary bottles of water (even when I asked the front desk). The maintenance team didn't catch the fact that the sink wasn't draining, nor was the temperature setting working on the HVAC. The front desk was understaffed so there was a long wait (15 minutes) to check in after 10 PM. The gym is big, but it's pretty spartan with limited machines and weights. Overall, it's just not a very pleasant place to stay.

Location was great restaurants, shopping in walking distance. Staff was friendly. The hotel offers valet parking $42, but there's 24hr parking garage directly across street...
