We did a few cheap hotels along the great ocean road. This was by far the nicest of the lot. Clean and comfy. Great location.

We stayed one night and it served its purpose. The room was clean and had what we needed for a one night stay. The TV needs to be upgraded and unfortunately it was not as quiet or dark as we would have liked. Overall, ok stay for one night.

Great place to stay. We were upgraded to the 2 bedroom unit where we stored our wedding equipment. Very well equipped kitchen. Was very handy to have the washer. A drying rack was in the hall cupboard and dried our washing in our patio. Would happily stay here again.

Good potential but to much one person

The room itself was quite comfortable. A variety of pillows to choose from. The only staff member when we arrived was also trying to do all the cleaning of rooms as well as running the office. The toaster needs replacing and the shower arm needs replacing or repairing. The front door fitting needs to looked at. To say they offer a premium service is very questionable based on experience. Doubtful on whether we would stay again for the price they charge

Large hole in main bedroom wall.Waiting for insurance company to organise fixing. When queried agreed had been like it for over a month. Not mentioned at check in . End unit next to vacant block with a building project underway so early morning noise. Overflowing cigarette tray outside front door.Very dirty entrance to unit with lots of leaves and dirt which was expained away due to wind ?. Available car park too small for cerato sedan and damaged front guard when trying to enter and exit so parked in adjoining units park as was vacant. Manager away and reception unattended in morning as receptionist was busy cleaning rooms. Had to find her to explain that nothing used frombar s acks etc and we left room in good condition and took photos afterwards. Photos of hole in wall and dirty entrance and full cigarette tray also taken. Overall very disappointing for pfice psid znd could not recommend sith any confidence.
