Relax with the whole family at Southwest Ranch Oasis! This enormous 7 bedroom / 7 bathroom property is located in one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods in South Florida and is a guest favorite for everyone.The property land is massive and provides amazing privacy for you and your family.
This Oasis is centrally located to shopping centers and restaurants, FLL Airport is 20 minutes away, the Port of Everglades is 15 minutes away, and even most of Miami is only 30 minutes away.
The property can accommodate many uses and families due to its spacious layout and sleep arrangements. Please inquire with the host about any ideas you may have.

Southwest Ranch Oasis sleeps 20 total guests. 10 total beds and lots of space for luxury air mattresses if needed.

Main house:
Bedroom #1 - 1 king & 1 queen sofa-couch & ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #2 - 1 king beds & ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #3 - 1 king bed
Bedroom #4 - 2 queen beds
Bedroom #5 - 1 queen bed & ensuite bathroom

Guest house:
Bedroom #6 - 1 queen bed & ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #7 - 1 queen bed
Living room - 1 queen sofa-couch


Main house has an entertainment area overlooking the pool & backyard. That room has a beautiful pool table, big screen TV, and couches.

Kitchen is beautiful custom teak wood, fully equipped, and massive.

Dining table in a separate dining room overlooks the pool area as well. Seating for 16 around the main table and additional seating upon request.

Washer & dryer in laundry room

Outdoor area includes:
Large, covered deck with outdoor couch & chairs
Beautiful outdoor kitchenette and BBQ area next to pool
Outdoor dining tables & chairs
Large pool deck area for social gathering
Driveway can support up to 20+ standard vehicles (no street or grass parking allowed)

We have resources for additional services for special requests; golf carts, bicycles, private chef, in-stay cleaning services, and much more. Early check-in and/or later check out may be available depending on scheduling. Please contact the host for rates and availability.

Guest access:

Guests have full access to the property. 1 small closet is locked for cleaning storage. There is a detached garage that is not available to guests. Owner uses this for storage.

Guests have access to the full driveway; can fit up to 20+ standard sized cars.

Interaction with guests:

The property manager or one of his direct assistants will always be available for any guests needs relating to the property and their stay.

Other details to note:

The host is available nearly 24/7 with any black-out times being disclosed at check-in.

Southwest Ranches is a beautiful rural community. The property is massive and provides lots of privacy, but guests must obey local noise rules at all times. At no point, 24/7, can your noise exceed property lines and disturb neighbors. Southwest Ranches also has a zero tolerance for light pollution. No spot lights, strobe lights, or anything outside of normal lighting is permitted.

All guests are required to follow local ordinances and request all neighbors at all times.

Pets are allowed however they must be disclosed, and pet cleaning fee must be paid so deep cleaning is covered for future guests. No exceptions.

Reservations over Holidays; specifically, Christmas & New Years have a 12-night minimum if you want both Holidays or a 6-night minimum if you choose one or the other. Please send a request to the host with any questions or clarification.
