Everything was great. The only issue is if you want to eat after 9pm, the connecting restaurant closes at 9 every night. Room, pool and property were clean, staff very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed. The rooftop bar/patio was a very nice bonus.

Prentis at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Made us feel at home after a long weekend of traveling. He might be the greatest asset the hotel has, and I hope to see him again in the future when staying in Grand Rapids.

This was an affordable option in the middle of downtown GR. We came for a graduation. It’s walkable from Van Andel arena and the bar scene. Was pretty impressed with the atmosphere and cleanliness of rooms.
