Great property to stay on a budget. Rooms cleaned beautifully everyday and amenities restored. However, photos are somewhat deceiving- the rooms are much smaller than depicted on the photos. Staff are lovely, and buffet breakfast is pleasing. A little far out compared to some of the other hotels in Ho Chi Minh, but still walking distance to Benh Tanh market and other surrounding attractions.

Excellent stay with a good size pool and easy beach access. The staff were amazing especially ChefTuyet Ly- who conducted our cooking class, Sam and Tuyen- groom the dining room service, Tinh- who made the best omelettes. All staff excellent!! It was very close to all free bus services and many local restaurants....
