Great hotel, wonderful staff and the hotel facilities are excellent. The breakfast is vast and nice and fresh. The beach is wonderful and close to all attractions. The free bus service around the area is easy to get around. Would stay again.

Size & view of room is great, however it's tired. You get a blast of musty/moldy smell everytime you enter the room. Stains on the cushion of the chairs. Service is ok, not the friendliest. Location good for those who wish to enjoy the theme park, safari and also Grandworld. Swimming was huge. The sea too rough for any swim (early sept) The shuttle bus to the park runs every half hour.

The rooms are old and smelt mouldy and our room was so smelly but they changed us to a different room and it was better… the buffet dinner food was always cold which was disappointing as there weren’t many other options for dinner around the area.. breakfast was good and the place is beautiful and great for children, we also got breakfast to go on our last day with our airport transport which was appreciated

English level of the staff is very low. Sometimes it seems like they use this for ignoring customer's questions. Kitchen staff see no obstacles for working with cough and running nose.

Loved staying at Vinpearl Resort

We were very impressed with this beautiful beach resort. Staff very friendly and helpful. A highlight was Summer Barbecue with musical trio and later a fire show.
