Had a Great time in Vietnam and this place was part of the reason why.
Friendly staff. Always smiling and communicating with them was no problems.
The breakfast and pantry upstairs was a great way to start and end a day.
Rooms were clean and they had no problem cleaning when you changed the sign on the door.
Air con worked great.
Showers take a while to heat up but found out a cool shower is all you need in Saigon.

We stayed with 2 kids and 2 adults. The room design/size was perfect. central location to walk around town and explore HCM. I loved the greenery. Breakfast buffet was also good for kids and the pool (while small) was well maintained and safe on the 12th floor.
