The room was disgusting. There were stains all over the couch, the carpet was taped, the tub had huge stains in it, the air conditioning did not work…too many things to list. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

The carpets were patched with duct tape. Celling lights were missing in the room and there was no desk chair. Teo out of the four days there was no breakfast service just because the staff did not show up. Some doors were damaged on the second floor.

The carpets were torn, dirty, and covered in duct tape. The overall feel of the facility was worn down, dirty, and drab. Not what I was expecting from a Red Lion Hotel.

The daytime staff were great, very helpful. Night time staff, not so much. Toilet Paper was not stocked in our room, when I called front desk to ask for some, Dre,(sp) stated I would need to go downstairs to get some... poor customer service. We needed clean towels in our room, stopped at the front desk to ask for some, lady stated that we would need to walk up to the room, get the dirty towels and bring them to her before she could give us clean towels...we informed her we had left them outside the room when we left earlier that day and I was not waking up there to see if they were there or not. Reluctantly she gave us towels. The room was ok, it was clean for the most part, however in the bathroom, the light in the shower is not in all the way and wires are showing, looks very dangerous. The ceiling in the shower has damage from water that needs repaired. The furniture is in poor condition, pieces of wood missing. The microwave is not plugged in and is in a spot it can't be plugged in. We tried to go into the pool, however we stopped once we saw it, they do not take care of the pool at all, it is so green and gross. Which is very disappointing since one of the reasons I booked this was for the pool. Overall, we stayed four nights here and I would have cancelled if I could have gotten a refund. However, I will be calling and asking for some monies back due to the lack of customer service, the unsafe light in the shower and not being able to use the pool and hot tub

Safety in question

I booked a room here for two nights. When I arrived in the parking lot, police were descending on the hotel. I didn’t feel safe staying. There was a car in the parking lot that looked like somebody had been living out of it and there was a pick up with his back window, broken out. I had things in my car that would not have been easy to card up to the hotel room, so I chose not to stay. Also, in my opinion the hotel did not appear to be in the best of condition from the exterior.Given those conditions you think I might have gotten a refund but no. I end up paying for the stay that didn’t happen.

I booked online a two bed room. I had a confirmation, when i got there i was told they have no rooms available. I was than also told that, there are rooms open but the front desk couldn't find me one. I booked another hotel close by at 11 pm. I was told that half of the Red Lion is reserved for the homeles. There were available rooms but the hotel wasnt giving them to customers

Bed was comfy. Heater not working. Thick dust under the bed, head board furnitures are dusty, garbage wasn’t removed from previous guest. Closet door is hard to work and railings need vacuuming Over all the room needs general cleaning. Lastly we didn’t get housekeeping service during our stay. Not staying here again in the future. The building needs updating/ remodel hallway carpet is full of stain and musty smell, dirty, doors needs care. Entrance door needs up keep. Front desk they are helpful and nice.

The building is falling apart, we paid for breakfast and we didn't have breakfast; floor was dirty, blanket had holes in it. Even for the price is not what expected, old is fine, but not dirty rooms.

It was a very unpleasant experience we asked them to clean the room and they never cleaned it we asked for clean towels and they never gave us we saw problems with the television and the room was not very clean 2 workers were very unfriendly.

Old and Expensive

Very expensive for a poor night of sleep. The mattresses were wore out. The front desk was not about solution finding we did like that our room opened out to the pool that was cool. There was good water pressure. There was a party on the pool courtyard that went on till 1145. There was no phone to call the front desk so I used my phone to call but no answer. Tried three times. Finally, I yelled at the people myself to shut up.

But Not Anymore, none of 12 people from our party will never step foot on any property associated with that organization again! Dirty... rooms, toilets, bedding, furniture (soiled...with signs of feces)! Broken appliances, locks, furniture. Water leaked at faucets and toilets. The place is run down, and smells awful. There are doors that look like bullet holes and doors that look like an ax was take after it. The carpets were a tripping hazard, had big wrinkles and duct tape holding down rips. The small chair in the room was disguising dirty, the fridge hadn’t been cleaned.

the lobby is nice, but once you venture to the hall way you will see a run down hotel in severe need of upgrades. It is in walking distance from down town night life, so that was a plus. The floors were filthy, they do not mop the rooms our feet were black from dirt, bathroom was the same toilet was broken sink was broken. The beds were clean and comfy. The carpeting is beyond gross in the hall it has duct tape as a repair for rips and it is rippled, so also a trip hazard. The employees were nice, but the pool was green, not sure the last time it was cleaned never have I seen a dirtier pool at a hotel YUCK!!
