Hidden gem

Had a great experience at this La Quinta. Staff were very friendly and the property was well maintained. Unlike a lot of hotels these days, they still clean you room (I believe it is an every other day schedule)! Breakfast was not too fancy but was pretty good including waffles, eggs, sausages, potatoes, variety of muffins/bagels/cereals/yogurts etc. The pool and hottub are a real highlight-aesthetically pleasing, kept nice and warm/hot, and open 24 hours. Check-out time is noon, which I also considered a big plus. Overall I felt that it offered a lot more than I often get when paying quite a bit higher price for hotels.

Nice hotel for family staycation

We were feeling serious cabin fever at home, so we booked a night here for fun. Initially we were placed in a room across from a noisy ice maker, but the woman working the front desk was happy to move us to another room. Everything at the hotel was clean and felt new. The pool and hot tub are both larger than average and at appropriate temps. The bed was comfy and the breakfast options were what I'd expect - baked goods, cereal, hot foods, waffle station, etc. We had a great time and would be happy to stay here again.

Christmas vacation

This is the second time I have stayed here. The location is convenient for me and close to my family and mall. I like that this La Quinta Inn has an indoor pool, hot tub, gym access breakfast, in addition to tea and coffee all day/night long. My only complaint this trip is the noise on New Year's Eve. It started at 10:00 pm and went on through 1:30 am. Kids were running up and down the halls and stairs. I messaged the number given to me at check in, but no one responded. The next morning, I spoke with the assistant manager about it. She was less than sympathetic and did not apologize. Literally, she simply told me that it WAS New Year's Eve, there was only staff member on duty and that 54 people were checking out on January 1st and it would not occur again.
