The staff are helpful, kind, attentive and friendly. We were greeted immediately and checked-in quickly. The only issue with our stay was the ICE cars parked in the charging spots. One of my favorite features of this hotel is the on-site charging. We make 8-12 trips through Boise every year and look for EV charging as a must-have. It’s disappointing that occupation of these spots when not charging isn’t controlled.
