It was a nice stay and clean. Just wish they would install hand grips in the bathroom for the tub. We are older and had trouble getting in and out of the shower. Also they served a very good breakfast.

Ms. Keke was Awesome!! She was professional, helpful, and inviting to the customers. She was that extra special touch for the hotel. The lady that worked the morning shift seemed to always be annoyed or something. We said hello to her as we were walking out one morning and she didn't even smile.

The front desk was SLUROING CRAWFISH when our employee tried to check in, She put her finger up so he had to wait as she contiue to eat. RUDE DISGUSTING once he checked in he said the room was filthy dirty - black spots and crumbs - no pretense of clean He checked out went to another hotel. We received a full refund. Never booking again! We are an international business and do have employees flying to Tampa all the time--- but never here again, Lost our company businees Hope your lazy entitled employees are happy.
